Kathryn J. Dady is a securities and transactional paralegal in the firm’s corporate group. She has over twenty years experience assisting lawyers and clients with merger and acquisition transactions, formations, regulatory compliance and corporate governance for business entities. Ms. Dady also handles the organization and indexing of electronic due diligence documents, Federal Regulation D and state blue sky compliance, and Securities & Exchange Commission Section 16 compliance.

Before joining MMM, Ms. Dady worked for a large South Florida law firm and gained further experience as an in-house paralegal for an alternative energy company in West Palm Beach, FL. She has spent the last ten years working in Atlanta.
