Jeannie Morrill is a Paralegal in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Practice.   She has experience in development of projects located nationally and in the  Caribbean.  She has handled  acquisitions and sales of retail, office, industrial, multi-family, mixed use and resort transactions, including multi-property, multi-state, and portfolios.

Since joining the firm in 1998, Ms. Morrill has assisted attorneys in acquiring and selling projects, as well as worked with engineers, and surveyors on the development and platting of projects.  Ms. Morrill worked on the development of Atlantic Station, Atlanta, Georgia and resort developments in the Bahamas and Virgin Islands.   She has also assisted on numerous mixed use developments containing retail, office, and residential.  Her duties include review of due diligence documentation, including comprehensive title, survey, and zoning matters, as well as preparing due diligence objections, drafting closing documents and exhibits, preparation of closing checklists and closing binders, and assisting with client relations.

Ms. Morrill has been a licensed real estate broker since 1984.   She previously worked at a large privately-owned, international holding company, as a vice president of the property development division, where she handled historical renovations of office buildings and management and leasing of office and industrial properties.
