Denise Hill is a securities and transactional paralegal in the firm’s corporate group. She has over twenty years of experience assisting lawyers and clients with merger and acquisition transactions, formations, regulatory compliance and corporate governance for business entities. Ms. Hill also assists with state and federal securities registrations and exemptions, private placement offerings and blue sky compliance.

She also provides assistance during mergers & acquisitions and venture capital financing rounds with her primary responsibility as a diligence manager.

Before joining MMM, Ms. Hill worked for Jones Day and Kilpatrick Stockton LLP in Atlanta and gained further experience as an in-house corporate and international paralegal for BellSouth Corporation.
