Cathy McConnell Ellington is a senior paralegal in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice, where she provides assistance for multi-state commercial, consumer and class action litigation, mass/toxic torts and products liability cases.
Ms. Ellington has extensive experience in civil and criminal practices including; trial preparation and discovery; due diligence fact investigation; extensive large case/document review and analysis, database management, legal research and budgeting. Over twenty-three years, she has provided key assistance in state and federal court proceedings for litigation in education and disability law, labor and employment, products liability, environmental impact and requirements issues, IP, trademark/service mark/patent infringement, contracts, securities, maintaining SEC broker compliance, real estate, wills and trusts, QDRO benefits administration and class action litigation expense/budgeting. In addition, Ms. Ellington has been involved with large insurance, securities broker dealer work in the insurance/investment underwriting process.
