Barbara Morgan is a Paralegal in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Practice. She has worked on a broad array of commercial real estate transactions for more than 20 years. Her experience includes working on all facets of retail, office, industrial and multi-family development deals. She has worked on countless multi-property and multi-state transactions, including dozens of portfolio deals involving more than a hundred properties.

Since joining the firm in 2005, Ms. Morgan has assisted attorneys in closing acquisition, disposition and/or development transactions relating to retail shopping centers, office complexes, multi-unit residential developments, hotels, and mixed use retail/office/residential assemblages, as well as lending transactions. Her duties include review of due diligence items, including comprehensive title, survey and zoning matters, as well as preparing objections and curative documentation. She also drafts and manages closing documents.
Ms. Morgan previously worked as a title agent specializing in commercial real estate transactions, and for a large law firm in Atlanta as a Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal.
