Ziwen Zhu is a staff attorney in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice, Corporate Practice and Asia Practice. Ms. Zhu focuses her practice on trademark law and works closely with clients to facilitate international corporate transactions.

During law school, Ms. Zhu interned in the Chief Counsel’s Office of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).  Ms. Zhu was also a summer associate in the Real Estate Practice group at King & Wood, PRC Lawyers, Beijing Office, where she facilitated international real estate transactions in China.

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Zhu was a Program Officer in the Embassy of Switzerland in China, where she managed cultural projects and coordinated diplomatic missions.
