Cody Goff is an special counsel in the firm’s Environmental and Construction Practices.  Mr. Goff has experience representing clients during real estate transactions involving the redevelopment of environmentally impacted property, including review of environmental due diligence reports, access agreements, joint remediation agreements, environmental indemnity provisions, and pollution legal liability insurance policies. 

Mr. Goff also assists clients in every phase of the construction process, from the negotiation and drafting of construction contracts to complex litigation.  Mr. Goff’s construction and commercial litigation experience includes representing clients in matters involving breach of contract claims, lien foreclosures, construction defect actions, challenges to local zoning ordinances, and governmental bid protests.
