Vanessa E. Goggans is a partner in the Residential Real Estate Practice. Ms. Goggans practices in the areas of residential real estate and finance, representing builders, homebuyers, homeowners and lenders in all phases of residential real estate development and sales. She is an active member of the Atlanta real estate community and a frequent speaker on topics regarding the impact of computer technology in real estate, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), ethical issues facing real estate practitioners, new trends in the title insurance industry and practical tips for realtors and closing attorneys.
Ms. Goggans practices out of the firm’s Northside Atlanta and Buckhead offices and is the Director of the Dogwood Learning Institute. She regularly donates her time and support to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the United Way of Metro Atlanta.
