Stephen Vaughn is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice. His practice is devoted to business litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. Mr. Vaughn has extensive practical experience in all aspects of civil litigation and dispute resolution, including drafting pleadings, motion practice, discovery and depositions, and settlement negotiations.
Mr. Vaughn’s substantive practice concentrates heavily on corporate litigation, including litigation over complex commercial agreements, loan agreements, and business torts. Mr. Vaughn also handles disputes related to publishing; namely, defamation, false advertising, unfair competition, trademark infringement, and copyright infringement.
