Rich Botwright is an associate in the firm’s Tax, Corporate, and Real Estate Capital Markets Practices. Mr. Botwright focuses on the tax aspects of real estate and corporate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Botwright worked in private legal practice for several years and, most recently, worked in the mergers and acquisitions group at Deloitte.

• Represented clients in the negotiation of various stock and asset acquisitions.
• Represented private equity fund in its formation, including drafting its private placement memorandum.
• Advised institutional investors with respect to investments in private equity funds.
• Counseled non-profit organizations on its formation, including advice with respect to its tax-exempt status.
