Ms. Vandiver is an associate in the Timberland Investments & Forest Products and Commercial Real Estate Practices. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions with particular emphasis on the timberland and forest products industries, including the representation of institutional investors (such as REITs and large pension funds), leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and development.

Ms. Vandiver’s past experience includes representing local, regional and national clients in connection with the acquisition, development and disposition of commercial real estate properties, as well as retail and office leasing.
