Philip R. Russ is an associate in the Corporate Practice.  Mr. Russ represents clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities.  Additionally, Mr. Russ has experience representing clients with the acquisition of commercial real estate and distressed debt. 

Prior to joining Morris Manning & Martin, Mr. Russ was an associate in the Banking and Credit group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York.  With a practice covering a wide variety of industries, Mr. Russ has experience representing both institutional and growth clients with sophisticated notes and equity offerings, credit facilities, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Russ is fluent in Spanish.
