Miles S. Bondurant is Special Counsel in the firm’s Business & Technology Sourcing, Corporate, Corporate Technology and Intellectual Property Practices.  For the last nine years, Mr. Bondurant worked for Worldspan L.P., a multinational technology company serving the travel industry.  His most recent role at Worldspan was as Global Head of Contracting where he handled large transactions with companies such as Microsoft, IBM, AT&T and SAS.

Mr. Bondurant has significant experience negotiating and drafting complex contracts related to software and hardware (mainframe and distributed) licenses, service agreements, leases, technology development, outsourcing and consulting.  Mr. Bondurant also routinely handles various legal and business issues related to technology and intellectual property.  He is able to clearly communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience to achieve creative, cost saving solutions for customers.
