Michelle Valente Lee is of counsel in the firm’s Residential Real Estate and Real Estate Restructuring practices where she represents lenders, buyers, and sellers covering all aspects of residential real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Morris, Manning & Martin, Ms. Valente Lee was in private practice where she conducted a high volume of purchase and refinance closings, performed deed-in-lieu transactions for Bank of America, conducted Georgia REO sales on behalf of PNC Bank, and participated in REDC auctions for REO sales.
Ms. Valente Lee manages the firm’s Gwinnett office.

- Representation of CTX Mortgage Company, LLC, an affiliate of Centex Homes, a national homebuilder and Fortune 500 member; represented CTX as closing attorney for Centex Homes for nearly a decade.
- Representation of Wayne Homes of Georgia, a national homebuilder and designer of “build your lot” custom homes.
- Representation of a variety of local businesses in connection with the acquisition of commercial property throughout the metro-Atlanta area.
