Mark Zisholtz is special counsel in the firm’s Employment practice.  Mr. Zisholtz focuses his practice on representing and counseling clients with regard to human resources issues and state and federal employment laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.  He regularly represents clients in litigating employment discrimination claims and restrictive covenants actions, negotiating and drafting various employment-related agreements, including, but not limited to, employment covenants agreements, separation agreements, and executive employment agreements.

Mr. Zisholtz has extensive experience working on employment and business issues alongside management, board members, and owners.  He has negotiated high value, contentious contracts and issues and served as the lead associate on two separate cases that won on all counts at the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
