Marc R. Bulson is Of Counsel in the Commercial Real Estate Practice. Mr. Bulson has a wide range of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including the development, acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, industrial parks and assisted living facilities. He has represented local and national developers, owners, investors and tenants involved in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
Recent Experience
- Represented a retail developer in connection with all aspects of ground-up 55,000 square foot grocery store anchored retail development located in Georgia, including negotiation of acquisition documents, grocery store anchor lease, outparcel sales contracts, shop space leases and declaration of restrictions, uses and covenants.
- Represented a developer in connection with the development of a 294-unit apartment complex located in Texas, which included the negotiation of acquisition and construction loan financing documents and easement agreements.
- Represented a developer in connection with the acquisition of a $8.1 million restaurant park in Georgia, including the assumption of three ground leases totaling more than 58,000 square feet.
- Represented a retail developer in connection with the sale of a 28,000 square foot retail shopping center located in Georgia.
- Represented a national/ international retailer in connection with the negotiation of a ground lease for approximately 214,000 square feet of industrial/ warehouse space in Texas.
