Kevin Cadin is an associate in the Corporate, Securities, and Real Estate Capital Markets Practices. His practice is concentrated in representing public and private companies in general corporate matters and securities offerings and compliance.

Mr. Cadin has experience assisting listed and non-listed REITs and real estate limited partnerships, in initial public offerings and secondary offerings. He also assists clients in private placement securities offerings. In addition, Mr. Cadin has helped clients in all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, development and lending work.
