Kelly Campanella is an associate in the firm’s Executive Compensation and Employment Law Practice. She focuses her practice on claims involving federal and state discrimination laws, wage and hour claims, restrictive covenants, employment torts, and assists employers during investigations conducted by state and federal agencies.

Ms. Campanella’s representative experience includes successfully filing a declaratory judgment action in an FLSA collective action concerning alleged misclassification of contractors and successful representation of a restaurant company attempting to enforce a restrictive covenant at a federal bench trial resulting in final judgment in favor the client.
