Jonathan Waldman is an associate in the Corporate & Commercial Litigation practice. His practice primarily focuses on products liability and commercial litigation. While in law school, Mr. Waldman was on the Executive Board of the Miami Law Review, acting as the Projects Editor in charge of the annual Miami Law Review Symposium. Mr. Waldman was also a member of the Miami Moot Court Board and was selected to the Order of the Coif. Prior to working with Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, Mr. Waldman worked as a litigation associate at a law firm in Erie, Pennsylvania, assisting clients in all aspects of trial preparation. Mr. Waldman has significant experience in drafting pleadings and conducting discovery.
