Jason T. Cummings is an associate in the Corporate Practice. He is active principally in the general corporate practice, concentrating in mergers and acquisitions and venture capital transactions. Mr. Cummings has assisted many of the firm's clients in structuring and consummating complex corporate transactions, including, mergers, acquisitions, debt facilities, financings, restructurings and corporate reorganizations. His practice covers a wide variety of industries, with experience representing clients in the information technology and telecommunications, business services and insurance industries.

• Representation of a social media based apartment rental company in a $2 million venture capital financing.
• Representation of a credentialing and compliance monitoring company in the healthcare industry in a $67 million sale to a private equity sponsored entity and related roll-over of management equity.
• Representation of a technology company building a cloud computing storage platform in an $11 million venture capital financing.
