Jacinto J. Fernandez is Special Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate Finance and Commercial Finance practices.  Mr. Fernandez’s experience includes representing commercial lenders in connection with their franchise lending programs, including the review of title and drafting of loan documents and supporting collateral agreements in connection with the programs.  His experience includes a wide variety of traditional and securitized lending matters, construction and permanent loans, loan modifications, multi-state portfolio loans, small business loans, commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS), commercial real estate sales and acquisitions and commercial leases from both sides of the transaction.  Additionally, Mr. Fernandez has experience representing utilities with specialized project financing and REITs in the restructuring of credit facilities.
