Aleem Ramji is an associate in the Corporate Practice.  Mr. Ramji practices in the areas of corporate finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ramji worked with the Greater New York Hospital Association in New York, NY, where he worked with general counsel to examine legal questions related to healthcare reform and other healthcare-related legislation.  There he gained experience analyzing antitrust, tax, fraud, compliance, and regulatory issues raised by healthcare transactions and hospital operational concerns.

While in law school at Columbia University School of Law, Mr. Ramji amassed significant legal experience as a judicial intern to two judges: The Hon. Harold Baer, Jr. with the U.S. District Court, Southern District, in New York, NY, and The Hon. Shirley W. Kornreich with the New York State Supreme Court.
