Background

Tracy Heard Brown is a Senior Environmental Specialist in the firm’s Environmental and Sustainability Practices. Ms. Brown performs technical evaluations and risk analyses of environmentally-impacted properties for the firm’s environmental and real estate groups. She serves as a liaison between clients and environmental consultants and provides project oversight. She also conducts environmental research into various state programs to determine the requirements and appropriate steps to enter voluntary cleanup and brownfield programs and to reach regulatory closure.

Ms. Brown has over 16 years of experience in the environmental field, including experience as a laboratory analyst for two environmental laboratories, as a Project Manager for Georgia’s Underground Storage Tank Management Program and Georgia’s Hazardous Sites Response Program, and as a Senior Environmental Underwriter with Zurich North America.
