Mr. Chen is a registered patent agent in the firm's Intellectual Property Practice. He has drafted numerous patent applications in English and Chinese, and in a variety of areas including mechanics, electronics, semi-conductor apparatus and e-commerce industries. Mr. Chen has also performed in-depth research and advised international clients on trademark, copyright and real estate laws, as well as prosecution strategies.

Mr. Chen has over ten years of patent, trademark and copyright experience, working as a patent engineer for the Top Team International Patent Office and the Koutoku Patent and Trademark Office in Taipei,Taiwan. Before joining Morris, Manning and Martin, Mr. Chen worked in an intellectual property firm in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Mr. Chen is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese and Japanese.
