Masks in Georgia Courts

Atlanta (May 24, 2021) – CDC guidance saying people who are vaccinated can gather without masks or social distancing shouldn’t apply to Georgia Courts, says the Chief Justice of the State Supreme Court. Law360 Pulse notes that Chief Justice Harold Melton says courts should be cautious – and masks should be required – until the CDC issues further guidance.
