“Super Lawyers” Ranking Includes Morris, Manning & Martin Partners

March 04, 2008

More than a dozen attorneys from Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP have been named 2008 Georgia Super Lawyers. The honor means they rank among the best attorneys in the state.

They were nominated by lawyers who have seen them in action. The Super Lawyers research department then examined each candidate’s background and experience. Only the top five percent make the list each year.

The attorneys, and the categories in which they were recognized, include:

  • Chuck Beaudrot, Tax
  • Jeanna Brannon, Real Estate
  • Cass Brewer, Tax
  • David Cranshaw, Bankruptcy & Credit’s/Debtor’s Rights
  • James “Mac” Hunter, Business/Corporate
  • Rachel Iverson, Real Estate
  • Joe Manning, Securities Litigation
  • Dan Mohan, Health Care
  • Sonny Morris, Real Estate
  • Tom Player, Business/Corporate (Insurance)
  • Gerald Pouncey, Environmental
  • Andrew Williams, Real Estate
  • John Yates, Business/Corporate (Technology)

Super Lawyers says its rigorous selection process is designed to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys. The list is frequently used as a resource to help businesses and consumers in their search for legal counsel. The list of winners appeared in the March issues of Atlanta magazine and Georgia Super Lawyers magazine.
