Banking attorney Jim Wheeler has joined Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP as a partner in the Atlanta office. Wheeler represents financial institutions in matters ranging from mergers and acquisitions and reporting requirements to general regulatory issues, formation and structuring capital raises, securities reporting, corporate governance, going private and subchapter S elections.
