Morris, Manning & Martin partner Grant Collingsworth counseled Atlanta-based IT solutions and consulting firm TechDiscovery LLC in its recent acquisition by Harvey Nash USA, a global search and professional talent solutions firm.

TechDiscovery, founded in 1999, specializes in business-focused IT solutions, including development, deployment, integration and maintenance of applications for world-class companies.

The two firms already share several major clients. TechDiscovery generated $7 million in revenue last year.

The deal was announced last year. A statement by Harvey Nash says the move significantly strengthens its position in the IT professional services arena in the U.S., adding that TechDiscovery’s expertise complements Harvey Nash’s current suite of IT services, which includes executive search, staffing, infrastructure support and offshore application development solutions.
