WORKSHOPS

Each HIPAA MANAGER™ workshop will last two hours and will focus on a different area of HIPAA's requirements.

The number of persons who may attend from each organization varies depending on the organization:

1-4 physicians	1 Physician + 1 Staff Member
5-9 physicians	2 Physicians + 2 Staff Members
10+physicians	3 Physicians + 3 Staff Members
Hospitals	3 Physicians + 3 staff members

For a nominal charge, you may send additional people to the workshops.

The workshops will be conducted at convenient times and locations throughout the state in areas with the highest number of enrollees, so encourage peers in your area to sign up! The workshops will be conducted in the summer of 2002, September and November, 2002, and January and March of 2003. A definite schedule with locations will be announced by the end of August and will be posted on this page.

If you cannot attend a workshop, you can attend the same workshop at another location, attend the workshop via telephone conference, or obtain the workshop materials from the HIPAA MANAGER™ Web site.
