Legal Project Management (LPM) is our web-based secure system that applies traditional project management tools and techniques to the delivery of legal services. LPM is designed to significantly enhance a General Counsel’s and CFO’s capacity to solve problems by providing a standardized project plan that sets forth the responsibilities of all team members, provides enhanced visibility into the status and progress of projects, and gives detailed reporting regarding project status, legal fees and post-implementation outcome.
