Taking the Bar Exam
Attorneys, if not already a member of the bar,
are encouraged to take the exam at the first opportunity. Attorneys
scheduled to take the exam are given two weeks off to prepare for
and take the bar exam. This time is excluded in calculating the attorney's
billable hour average. Bar exam fees and reimbursement for bar review
course fees are available to associates.
CLE programs and benefits
The firm pays for the cost of in-town seminars.
In addition, the firm anticipates continuing its program of in-house
lunch seminars whereby an attorney may receive an hour of CLE credit
for each program (up to 6 hours per year). In-house CLE-credited seminars
are also available in videotape for convenient viewing.
