Joseph R. Manning is a founding partner of the firm. Mr. Manning’s background in civil litigation has concentrated in commercial litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants, generally in the context of corporate and partnership disputes. He has been involved in class actions where he has been counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants. The matters he has handled include corporate and partnership disputes, securities fraud cases, product liability cases, real estate disputes, intellectual property disputes, insurance disputes, and numerous other types of business and commercial disputes.

Mr. Manning’s clients have ranged in size from individuals to large public corporations. Mr. Manning’s background has qualified him to represent clients in complex civil litigation. He is proficient in the use of litigation support software including document imaging.

Mr. Manning also has considerable experience in alternative dispute resolution including arbitrations and mediations. For a number of years, he has been a member of the Panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Manning was honored by Atlanta magazine as a “Georgia Super Lawyer” in 2005 - 2009, placing him among the top five percent of attorneys in the state.
