Simon R. Malko is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice. His practice includes securities litigation, business torts, real estate disputes and litigation arising from investment banking and other corporate transactions. He has represented clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts, and has considerable appellate experience. Mr. Malko also has extensive expertise in matters involving legal ethics and is a member of the firm’s Conflicts Committee, where he advises the firm on matters involving ethics, privilege and the Rules of Professional Conduct.
Prior to joining the firm in 2002, Mr. Malko began his legal career in New York City where he represented top Fortune 500 companies and large investment banks.
